Mir Ghulam Hussain Jafrani Masori Bugti ( Masori is a cast in Bugti tribe and Jafrani is a section of Masoori )  was a legendary Baloch hero. He was born in the 2nd decade of 19th Century  son of Mir Mianya Khan Masori Bugti a notable head (Wadra) of his tribe. Mir Ghulam Hussain was bold , brave and committed man of Jafrani Masoori.

in his early age of 25 years, He started his struggle against foreign British rulars. He successfully raided against nantional enemy and retreated them many time. In the 19th century more than half of world was under the British  colonial power. sub continent was also under British rulers. Rajan pur area of Dera Ghazi khan division of punjab Pakistan was very important in the British point of view, due to the location between two province Baluchistan and Punjab.

Rajanpor and surrounding areas were main target of Mir Ghulam Hussain because of Baloch population and British headquarter. He raided eight successful attacks against British army and destroyed their strength, due to his continuous expedition. British forces confined in limited area in Rajanpor and lost his important “Harand” fort and Lal gahr. In view of this difficult situation the local British rulers sent report to the “Indian viceroy” in Dehli and apprised him about Mir Ghulam Hussain’s successful and dangerous expedition.
In response, the viceroy of India announced a claver trick that if someone kill or arrest alive Mir Ghulam Hussain and produce him before viceroy, they will be awarded two lac rupees and thousand acre agriculture land as head money. After this announcement with collaboration of local sardar, a secret plan hatched against him, in this connection Sirmastagh, Hajiyan Gorchani and saint of Sakhi Sarwar acted as the informer for British army. They continued passing information about Mir Ghulam Hussain movement to local British commander before a night main encounter.

A Mirrasi (domb in local dialect) was made spy for British and given bribery, so he secretly put Mir Ghulam Hussain was a famous sward into fire, So that the hitting power and sharpness, may be Lassen. Mir Ghulam Hussain and relentless Gladiator his fight of sword was unerring among his enemies. During his last encounter with British, he felt that someone has put his sword into fire and he has also recognized the spy of the enemy. In fight his sword could not worked well and curved, beside this. he continued fight at the last movement with British forces and martyred in 1867. his enemies also praised for his bravery because he was hit by a sharp sword to his forehead. he did not blinked his eyes and faced in boldly.
